Expanding ports USB-C on Mac Mini - Question about power requirements (alien.top)

I run my server off of an M1 Mac Mini with 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports. On those two ports, I have two OWC USB-C HDD enclosures (not Thunderbolt) which are powered by their own external power supplies.

If I added that, would it work to add additional powered enclosures? Or do I need a powered hub or docking station?
Would it be a huge detriment to my read/write speeds for the devices on the hub if it works?
