In 2020 I unexpectedly lost my job due to pandemic-related cutbacks. At first, it felt like a major setback and I had savings only for 5-6 months.so I tried to inspire myself by reading about success stories of popular people and I came across how Richard Branson started his Virgin airlines. So this gave motivation to change my perspective.I used this downtime to upgrade my skills, taking online courses and doing projects to gain practical knowledge in analytics which could be an in demand skill in future.Fast forward today, I am doing pretty good compared to what growth could have happened in my old company.Recently I came across a quote by Sadh-Guru ,Every situation is an opportunity. Either you harvest wellbeing, or suffering – it is your choice, this perfectly resembles by transformation. What seemed like an unfortunate situation led me to a more fulfilling career path. What have you employed and what made you come out of the situation that seemed to through you off balance?
