CPU Cooling problems: Just like 95C is normal for Ryzen, 100C is normal for Intel CPUs in many workloads. If you're worried about CPU temperatures, please look at reviews for the laptop or CPU cooler you're using.

You specifically asked for water cooling and I suggest you go for a quality one because cheap ones like to break.
I use a DH15 air cooler just fine, it doesn't have to be a water cooler for your setup, just saying.
Mofo bought the biggest, hottest parts that exist on the market and is asking for 'budget water cooling' LMAO.
If you want to brag about buying a top tier build just do that instead of this weird run-around-the-problem situation.
Arctic's Liquid Freezer II series is pretty good. the 420mm solution would likely be best if you can fit it into your case.
Otherwise I believe EK, Lian Li and Fractal make pretty good AIOs.
