No wiring and wifi only means you'll be charging it very regularly. Just an FYI.
Home Automation
Home automation is the residential extension of building automation.
It is automation of the home, housework or household activity.
Home automation may include centralized control of lighting, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), appliances, security locks of gates and doors and other systems, to provide improved convenience, comfort, energy efficiency and security.
Warning: Working with electricity can result in injury, property damage, or even death if it is not done properly. Please keep this in mind while assisting others. If you are not sure about what you are doing, hire a licensed professional.

Are you concerned about privacy? Are you hoping to host the video yourself or do you want someone like Amazon/Google to have access?
kinda
Maybe you should think about them as separate components?
Have a battery powered button and a battery powered security camera. Make the button automatically start recording.
Pretty much the only option for wifi, battery, and no subscription (local recording) would be Eufy
Second this. OP do you have an existing wired doorbell? It’s much bette to get something powered by the old doorbell transformer than run it on batteries.
no. it will be my first camera doorbell ever. and the previous, normal doorbell was not wired
ok. one detail if possible, how does this eufy camera hold up against rain and humidity in general. i live in a rainy and humid region
Doesnt eufy have privacy issues?
I have a ring. I only have to charge mine 3 times a year. But just found out that ring is actually not protecting privacy of the homeowners and ring owner. There are a few videos about it on YouTube. Search Ring doorbell privacy. But I really don't worry about it I don't live a nefarious lifestyle.
