I don't think this news will come as a shock to anyone since The Bear is one of the best TV shows to come out in years but I'm happy to hear it's been renewed all the same.

This is a really good show, hope they can keep up the standard. Not sure where they can go with the non current storyline but I am definitely very interested.
The Beef
The Bear
The Star
I'm only an amateur writer but I think a 3rd season should be the final season. It would allow an incredible 3 act event. The first being The Beef. Carmie returning home to save a restaurant. The Bear being this new incredible restaurant and the trials of opening one up. The Star being the 3rd and final act. We know Carmie never got his own star, only maintained them. Sydney always dreamed of getting the Michelin Star and we know they will do what it takes to get there (multiple conversations were had about it). The rest of the staff have seemingly improved their personal lives since Carmie came along and he's become a leader by showing absolute respect to those beneath him. This respect will be given right back 10 fold as they push for the goal.
The 3rd season should be about their attempt to push everything they have learned and accomplished into achieving the dream.
As far as I'm concerned, anything other than their push for a star will not make for a good 3rd season and I'd consider fluff. The first two seasons showed so much passion for the subject.
My favorite fact from the production of this show is that all the actors are doing the cooking. Even the knife work.
Can't wait for season 3
Good stuff.
@[email protected] I'd be quite content if it did the UK thing and stopped after 2 seasons. Could be a case of diminishing returns.
