Isn't testing when you let the customers use it in production to make sure it works?
What do you mean? The customers are the testers, they just don't know it yet.
Project reality was an absolute failure. Why my parents didn't pick project abortion instead I'll never know
Code needs to start in parallel with the kick off meetings and run the full length of the program. Otherwise looks accurate!
When onboarding takes forever and the customer doesn't want to move up their deadlines.
