I said it in the game thread but it's bizarre how much better a sub Trossard is than a starter at Arsenal. Vieira is bordering on the title of a ‘flop’. Havertz looked alright in the first half but is still more or less the same player he was at Chelsea.

Tactical loss. Super Mik masterclass again.
Let's call it a draw
Fair play to West Ham they came out to play, gave it everything and didn’t make it an easy game for us. I don’t think I want to see that midfield trio again, no urgency, physicality or creativity. I’m not worried about this season I still think we’ll be competing for the league but we definitely need some reinforcements. Eddie is just alright as a striker and now Jesus is out till December Saka, Martinelli and Odegaard gotta start firing. On to the next game.
Good warm up for newcastle
Lol
How was Álvarez?
The match thread was more entertaining than the game
Arsenal Fans: It's our 2nd team and we don't even care about the cup
Arteta: Send all the key players on
Seems weird and kinda risky to bring on Saka/Martinelli/Odegaard, especially when you're 3 down, but I guess minutes??
Is Havertz a completely finished player?
Are West Ham…massive?
No less than deserved unfortunately
moyes ball strikes again
At some point you are going to get David Moyes'd just unlucky for Arsenal it was thier turn tonight
Thought we were shite in the first half and West Ham were significantly worse than shite. Expected us to come out and turn the screw a bit in the second half and we produced one of the worst halves of football I think I've ever seen from an Arsenal team. Genuinely awful.
I'm not fussed about being out but that performance is a unacceptable, and getting battered by West Ham should see everyone involved sent to Siberia for 5 years
Bigger fish to fry, Arsenal fans. Think positively.
Kudus is a great player
West Ham are lucky there wasn’t 90 minutes of added time, reckon we’d have done them
I genuinely can't work out if we're good or not this season
It's normal to see a smaller club got beaten by a massive club.
Can anyone explain why the Man U game is considered a funnier result than this one? Is it purely because it was mostly the 2nd string (to start with) getting Moyes'd?
