The wait was too long so it became Thursday BBQ instead. In my defence the weather was really nice this evening where we are. Chicken thighs and halloumi pepper skewers with a Mediterranean potato salad and a salad of various greens from the fridge.

Is it a fail if you get BBQ a day early tho? Sounds to me like you just doubled your BBQ potential!

You are right about the doubled chances. That’s the proper way to think about. Thank you!

It's just an outdoor cooking surface right? If you can get your charcoal lit, it's a good day to cook :)

This looks great. Got some chicken thighs marinading at the moment for tomorrow. Weather looks awful. Time to fully embrace the rainy cook!

Ah, some days you definitely have to go with the weather. I love a day where you can comfortably sit out in the evening. Nice choice of plate for a Mediterranean style meal, too!
