Hello guys,

I'm thinking about to add a triple monitor to my rig but I have a doubt, must I select flat or curved monitors?

If you could tell me why of your selection will be great.

Thanks in advance for your replies

Not quite what you're asking for, as I only have one monitor. But I recently bought a curved monitor for my personal (non work) computer, and while it's good for gaming, I don't really like it for anything else on the desktop. YMMV, but also think about your use case.

Edit: if this is your reading only rig, curved makes sense if money is no object.

I have a single curved monitor now and it's good but not sure if is the best for triple monitor

I wonder if a curved monitor in the middle flanked by two flat ones would be good? But purely guessing.

Here's my current setup:

One 32" curved in the middle and two 27" flats to the right and left. And I gotta say that I mostly used the flats because I had one lying around and the other was cheap. Two more curved screens would probably be nicer with my current setup, since the outer edges are quite a bit away from my eyes

Looks good!

Curved. It is much more immersive.

I saw a video on internet when a guy say that with curved monitors is more difficult the image adjustment.

It's that correct?

Depends on the curve radius vs distance from eyes

Any recommendation about any monitor?

Check reviews if the LED backlight stays a consistent color temperature over time. My grandma’s TV has bluish areas that would drive me nuts on a monitor.

Have you thought about VR? I’d say that’d be the way to go, especially considering a 3x monitor setup would run about the same as an entry VR headset. The big considerations are whether your computer is powerful enough to handle it and how likely you are to get VR sickness though. From my experience after trying VR I don’t think I could ever go back to playing immersive games any other way (sim racing or Digital Combat Sim)

I have an Oculus VR glasses but when I'm playing for a bit I start to fill sickness so this is because I prefer 3 monitors.

The computer I think is not a problem
