Bulletproof vests are weapons, didn't you know? It's lethal! What if a cop can't kill you in time, and you end up escaping? You could cause so much damage to the CCP! It's a weapon of mass destruction. Do not forget that the CCP is the lifeline of all Chinese people. If you manage to harm the CCP you're an active sinophobe and a genocide proponent. Therefore, by not being killed by the police, you are actively committing genocide against the Chinese people. This should be punishable by death.
