Looks like the cop needs to get tased and be told commands and punched until he follows them.

After someone gets tazed there's a reset period for your muscles to be controlled by the owner. Besides all that dude took his chin to concrete. After he hit the dude that's obviously concussed and tazed any support of this officer should have been lost.

Howdy, this is [email protected] - I am utterly horrified about what happened in Jacksonville to Mr. Woods. It is my sincere hope that our justice system identifies and prosecutes those responsible for what happened.
