Doesn't Jesus have a brother James?

I once talked about Simon being the example that shows how Jesus responds to purist zealotry and how there should be a horny, culty apostle so that Jesus can hot take on heresy and perversion.

Looking for a candidate, I found the other, other, James who is not the well known (three-times-denying) apostle nor Jesus' brother. James who doesn't do much.
