RIP to my favorite Android app. I was being rate limited earlier. Now all I'm getting is a 401 error.

I just did about an hour ago. App updated with the new farewell message and the Sync for Lemmy sign-up, which I filled out, and then uninstalled. And then I uninstalled the official Reddit app, too. And Baconator, which I forgot I still even had.

I can't browse Reddit on my Xbox anymore! What a shame.

I've used it as a link handler for imgur and the like to download images, videos and gifs.

I hope this still works today..

Does kbin have 3rd party apps yet? When I signed up 2 weeks ago there weren't any, so I'm on lemmy now

The /kbin API isn't finished yet but there is an app called Artemis being beta tested.

It looks like Relay for Reddit is going to try to stay online, eventually moving to a subscription plan. Free for now until they figure out the pricing. Nowhere near as nice as Sync, but way ahead of the official offering.
