Just a simple man, and his love for a true best friend, a three story 40 ton advanced AI robot war-machine. They must stick together to survive, out on the frontier.

A community for Respawn's Titanfall franchise including Titanfall, Titanfall 2, and various spin-offs.

Mentioning the Northstar client is also absolutely ok! If you are unaware, the Northstar client is a modding and community server system. Allowing Titanfall 2 to be played and modded with new gamemodes, among other content.

I have been playing my butt off the last couple days since they fixed matchmaking, and having the time of my life. The cheaters are minimal (only seen about 4 in two days that were blatant) and the matches are generally good and relatively close most of the time. This game is like crack to me again!

Only thing that's a bit weird is that I get backfilled at over a 2-1 ratio to starting a new match. I noticed that it seemed off today so I started tracking stats, and just this evening I played 15 backfill matches and only 6 that started from the beginning. That can't be happening to everyone. Anyone know what might cause that?

Are the PC severs working again or is everyone playing with the Northstar launcher?

Regular EA launcher. I get a cracked out server that’s disconnecting everyone a couple times a day, but the vast majority of matches are fine.

I can't start the game through the official launcher. It keeps telling me to try again later.

Are you still using the Origin app? That doesn't work anymore, you have to upgrade to the new ~~Evil Assholes~~ EA launcher.

Hmmm i have to see. I always hated that app. Every time i start any game it asks me if origin can have access and i can click 100 times and it just keeps coming back. Hitting no somehow works sometimes. Thanks anyway

Everything is working again. There were some actual updates to the vanilla game by respawn, that have fixed enough problems to make the game playable.

getting back into titanfall has been great, I'm definitely a bit washed up tho
