I don't think so. It looks like it might be an Echinopsis subdenudata but I can't be sure.

Peyote tend to have a 'fatter' appearance without as much seperation between the bumps: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peyote#/media/File%3ALophophora_williamsii.jpg
