There will be spam bots promoting their IPTV services, similar to what would happen on reddit without automod.
Oh yeah, I think I never saw those kind of promotions, must has been the bots doing the good work lol.
also curious about this - my long-time provider went dark a few months ago and I didn't have the energy to dig in and find another decent one.
I don't care what anyone will tell you, but they are all kind of a crapshoot. There are only so many providers for the source streams that all the IPTV providers then bundle and resell. If you are OK with quirkiness of an IPTV service, I have had good luck with iptorrents.com IPTV service. If you are not a member of the tracker, you can still get their service through their IPTV site https://privateiptvaccess.com/
Meh, thankfully no spam bots here yet :D - I personally usually just pick one from The IPTV Guide, had good luck with them anyhow, StreamQ and NecroIPTV worked fine for me, looking forward to them adding more tbh.
I run a piracy channel on telegram that does PC and PCVR games and we found a cheap and good IPTV provider, we sell branded Colossus service under our channel name through a authorized reseller. I got a free year for the partnership and i must say I'm pretty impressed. Works great on the firestick and even a decent non browser PC app Anyways the service is Colossus this isn't a self promote notice i didn't share my telegram channel which you would have to go through for me to benefit. Just legitimately am happy with the price, performance, options etc and i also wanted to be up front that i didnt pay
