Interesting video on how to eat healthier by paying attention to calorie density. For example:

Water is at 0. Natural plants (except avocado, coconut, nuts and seeds) have 70-600ish calories per pound. Meat is around 1000. Processed food is 800-2,560. Sugar is 1700. Nuts/seeds about 2800. Pure fat like is 4,000.

Potatos. 350 cal/lb.

Take away a little water and add oil. Fries. 1300ish.

Take away all water replaced by oil. Chips. 2,560.

We have now gone full circle. We are back to the low fat cabbage/celery diet. sigh
