Wtf, how is this legal. Bunch of idiots just casually fucking with the atmosphere. It's annoying that governments don't do anything but vigilante terraforming isn't the answer.
The answer appears to be that they launched from Mexico, and they just don't give a shit apparently.
We might see pressure from other countries to introduce legislation against this in future ay the very least.
