The immediate precursor to every commercial break hassling you to buy ringtones.
This CD was basically the soundtrack to my university years
Great song. I love finally being mature enough to just play anything I feel like hearing.
I have always wanted to hear this song mixed together with Come Sail Away by Styx.
There must be a mashup of this somewhere.
If boffins can bring NIN and Carly Rae Jepson together, then the least they can do is Enya and Styx
That NIN/CRJ mashup has absolutely no business being as good as it is!
its great enough that enya has never toured or even performed live. i seem to recall that unlike many artists, the live performance thing isnt wanted or necessary to maintain popularity.
e. what kinda beer?
Supposedly she a single woman living in a huge castle with her cats. According to a post I saw recently
She didn't tour because it wasn't practical to do all the layering and effects live at the time. Apparently she's kicked around the idea of a live tour more recently.
what kinda beer?
A subtle artful mix of half a heineken poured into half a guinness. Chefs kiss/burp
I enjoy almost everything Enya has put out. Anywhere Is is my favorite track from them.
Love it, storms over africa was a favourite
Absolute classic. When I hear OF, I want to hear this too.
Same with Harlem Shuffle and Jump Around.
Wow that's actually soothing and hard as hell. I love this
It's a hundred million dollar song easily. You don't hear it too much anymore but in the 90's Enya was pretty much everywhere.
It’s a hundred million dollar song easily
It's pretty creative, I still can't work out the time signature. I think it's 4/4 or something, but offset with random syncopations, similar to Radiohead's Pyramid Song
but in the 90’s Enya was pretty much everywhere.
oh I know, there were weeks where you’d hear nothing but!
Relevant video, 50 seconds in!
lmao at "it's silence filled in"
that was worth it, thanks!
IDK I've always thought Orinoco Flow is a banger.
