So this has happened alot so basically I approach an noxious area and suddenly v dies. If I save and reload it in that same area and walk to the same spot or general area then v continues to die, also where it happens is very random, around a building, on a road, on a high way but anyway, got an idea of what's happening?

Haven't heard that one before. What phase of the game are you in ( as in, what is your story quests right now )? What areas are killing you?
