Interestingly enough that's about the cost of Superman Returns, Man of Steel, or Batman v Superman. The later of the two making a bit under and a bit over $700 million.

I know it's a different era of DC and superhero films, but that seems like an achievable goal.

Of course if you look at Captain America Brave New World or Thunderbolts then $700 might be trickier. Of course Superman is Superman, so that should help.
