So this is the guy who came up with the congestion pricing idea. This has been really polarizing in NJ as that congestion pricing will affect out of state drivers coming to NY. The state of NJ is currently suing over it, but a NJ gubernatorial candidate I like wants to drop the suit. Steve Fullop is his name; I like his idea more. If NY wants to charge congestion fees to people to visit NJ can do the same. Considering how many out of staters come to the shore it could generate a lot of money that he wants to pour into better public transportation.
