Tea tree oil might help. It doesnt do anything for how much you sweat, but it can do a good job of killing the things that cause the smell. A drop goes a long way, can use with antiperspirant.

I use a perfume spritzer to mist my pits with peroxide. Caution, it will also bleach any hair you have there. Kills any stinky bacteria though.

Possibly a bacterial infection, I get them somewhat regularly due to hyperhydrosis, it's easy enough to clear up.

Trim and shave your armpits and use an anti-bacterial body wash, a medical grade one from the pharmacists. I use Bactiscrub, works great. Leave the body wash on your skin for 3 minutes, then rinse. You should be good to go, no stinky pits, at least for a few weeks. If you start to feel stinky again, just repeat the steps above.

Long shot, but have you experimented with different brands of deodorant? Some don’t work at all for me.

Also worth trying the natural hippie ones. I was very skeptical of them but I tried once and do not look back.

Finally of nothing works might be good to have a check with your doctor about it.

This! Found out womens deoterant didn't work for me, but mens did. Has the same problem as you, an hour into work and I smelled. Had to try a bunch of brands and types but I now know what works for me.

Do all the things here, and make sure to wash your bed sheets.

I fixed this with an estrogen regimen, but that solution isn't for everyone.

As an addendum to some of the other good advice here, swap out your soap brand every so often. I like to bounce between anti-bacterial, anti-fungal tea tree, and something moisturizing. I think it helps keep from getting the stuff growing on you from getting used to any one thing, though I've not done cultures to test.

Shower at night, apply deodorant+antiperspirant then reapply in the morning

Which deodorant do you use?

there's a difference between deodorant (which just masks the smell) and antiperspirant, which stops it from developing in the first place. you want the one that says both.
