Much more common in my experience is the good old "Oh you don't like cars? So you want to ban all ambulances? People should just die in the streets? Great idea"
So you support a climate change awareness roadblock? Sounds like you're ok with the 100 000 ambulances stuck in traffic because of that roadblock, each of them carrying a dying person in need of urgent care.
