I don't have any particularly good course recommendations, unfortunately. ANSYS offers classes, and there are other offerings I found through Google, but I can't vouch for any of them.
Do you have prior experience performing FEA or CFD analysis? Honestly, the biggest issue is understanding how the calculations work and what assumptions are being made. Otherwise you will get bogus results and not realize it. That's true regardless of which software package you use. Once you have that, it's just a matter of learning the software UI to make it do what you already know needs to be done.
