First Post: "I love the Second Amendment. I hate when tyrants are trying to take away our rights. We should really be using our amendments against the deep state and wealthy foreign billionaires manipulating the elections and our government. If the First one doesn't work, try the Second. As the oath says 'Against all enemies, foreign and domestic'. I stand with the American people to defeat the enemies within."

Yeah, I hope someone challenges that on 4th amendment grounds. Accessing someone's SM accounts is absolutely not necessary for determining whether someone meets the qualifications of citizenship, permanent residency, or temporary visa status. Constitutional protections exist for anyone on US soil, and that even includes undocumented immigrants (i.e. you have more rights if you come illegally than legally, ironically).

I hope someone stands up for their rights and challenges this on constitutional grounds. This isn't the ideal court for it, but we work with what we've got.
