We replace half the franks hot sauce with Sriracha. Other than that standard ratios with butter.

Ooni oven. I agree I pulled this one out before browning up the top of the crust but it was still very good. The second one had better color. The bottom on both had good leopard spots.
It's not about the color, it's about cheese distribution, looks kinda off
Ah. That’s actually from the Buffalo sauce. When the pizzas in the oven the sauce separates a bit, some of the oil likes to move above the cheese. It makes it look like there is a lot more cheddar. It’s really easy to see when the pizzas in the oven but once it cools down you’re just left with the holes in the cheese.
