Just drove past this last night and it's already looking beautiful! Super excited to see it when construction is completed.

I wonder how much these units will rent for.

I read somewhere $300 per square foot (aka 1000square ft for $3000 per month). Will try to dig up the article (think it was on urban milwaukee)
