Lithuanian is wrong.

"Pirk Europietiškai" is in instrumental case, so it means "buy in European way".

A more correct form would be "Pirk europietišką" (genitive case).

Turkish one is wrong, basically says "Buy (yourself) a Europe"

"Avrupa malı al" would be closest/clearest.
