We tell all the younger ones that. Your younger self was probably told that. I'd bet that even if you, time traveler, went back to convince yourself, you still would be self conscious.
I wonder if my younger self would just think I was some creepy older dude who looked a lot like me and knew all this weird private shit about me.

If I get too overwhelmed at work, I take my lunch in the dark conference room and read to relax. The low light and quiet is great to reset my brain on days I'm going crazy
I live close enough to work that I can go home to eat (and have a quick go on the PS5). Life is good!
