That's a solid score in IMDB. Did you watch it? If so would you recommend it?
The best time travel show I have seen. Fantastic storytelling, acting, sets, and cinematography. It has lots of depth and is worth a rewatch. If you like science-fiction or mystery, you will love it.
If you get lost with the timelines at some point, refer to the accompanying website.
Absolutely sold!
I've watched it. Seven times! Best show I've ever seen but you have to concentrate - every scene is vital and there's little exposition; you pick up everything as you watch.
I've watched it all the way through, it's a wild ride - don't read about it, go in blind, and just keep watching 😁 One of the few shows where I really had no idea what was going to happen next.
I just searched for various criteria until I saw something that hit enough of those points. May have to watch it now, though. The second closest I saw was 11.22.63 with James Franco, but it was about changing the JFK assassination.

Chatgpt suggested the show might be "the Kettering incident" but wanted follow up info.
Maybe you can try asking an AI chatbot?
That worked like a charm! ChatGPT.
The show was Zero Hour

Counterpart or Man In The High Castle are a bit closer to what you describe but I still don't feel we've gotten to the bottom of this.

Its not the Man in the High Castle. The Nazi storyline is told in "flashbacks" The main story takes place in a modern setting. Tbh, think it wasn't that popular. Last episode had the possibility for more seasons. It had an Alias feel to it, but production was more Helix.
Turns out that the wife is not that clueless, not really kidnapped, and are suddenly a part of the wider conspiracy plot
