Pretty much the title, the reason for me wanting to do this is to conserve stream quality by using a lower stream resolution and using Gamescope's upscalers to scale up the output more cleanly by running remote play in windowed mode. Is this possible?

I don't know, but you could definitely do that by using Sunshine & Moonlight. Since the client would be running inside gamescope.

  1. I don't use google
  2. ddg couldn't find any results
  3. steam runs remote play, you can't just run some binary somewhere if it's even seperate from the main steam binary
