Finns have been emptying the hidden stockpiles for new stuff most likely. Maybe even from the hidden from hidden stockpiles.

Its a joke ive heard officers say here. That Nothing is ever really decommissioned, just greased and tucked away. Never again will we be without guns to fight. Even if we lose the war.
