Original Title: Apple has been charging my 68-year old mother for 4 years worth of Apple TV+ and Apple Music subscriptions that she does not use and did not know she had been paying. Only offered refund for last 60 days.

My mother has no idea what Apple TV+ or Apple Music even are. Already spoke to Apple Support and Senior Advisors via phone to see if there is anything they can do. They tell me they can only refund up to 60 days worth of these charges. 60 days? Ridiculous .
