I feel this is deliberately misleading. You don't get to incite violence, causing fear and people's lives to be threatened, and then cower behind "Buh.. buh... but my free speech!"

I feel a lot of those being arrested for “free speech” have had racial undertones. If you get arrested for being a racist I’m okay with that 🤷🏽‍♂️

You know what bothers me about this site? No "about" page. Who the fuck is Jesse William McGraw? Aside from a hacker who, by his own admission, got caught, convicted, and sentenced to prison?

After a little digging I'm not sure "hacker" would be the right word: https://www.dallasobserver.com/news/hacker-known-as-ghostexodus-sentenced-to-more-than-nine-years-in-federal-prison-7145501

Script kiddie, maybe. His opsec was non-existent; he posted his "hacks" to YouTube.

Secondly, free speech is regulated everywhere, and very much in the UK:

Article 10 is a qualified right. Accordingly, freedom of expression does not protect all statements, where the rights of the individual must be balanced against the public interest in permitting free speech. This means that the legislature and the courts can intervene to penalise or censor the use of language or conduct which crosses a culturally acceptable line.

If that sounds nebulous, that's because it is. It's supposed to be able to catch problems in real time; we see what allowing stochastic terrorism has wrought in the US.

Leaving aside that people who trade security for liberty deserve neither because y'all are literally a bunch of peasants anyways so you might as well get security out of it:

How'd I know going in this Free Speech Martyr would be making racist threats?

Brit here. “Free Speech” doesn’t mean the same here as it does in the US. We are happy to throw racists, extremist preachers and armchair rioters in jail if they incite violence, spew hatred or radicalise the vulnerable.

We tolerate different views and values, cultures and creeds. But we draw the line at being an absolute fucking prick.

The only ones calling for “free speech” are the ones who want to abuse it.

I couldn’t find an example in his article that wasn’t racist or Christian Identity with is just racism with extra steps. Since he comes from the US, he (should) knows how dangerous that bullshit really is. Paradox of tolerance; it’s always okay to punch a supremacist and legislate them away.
