How many people would have to get hit by a bus for your organization to become functional?
He's one fucking guy, he's tanking the organization, and he's threatening the future of the software. It's open source. How fucking hard is it for everyone to just ignore him? You don't even have to walk up and dramatically smash his laptop. Change his password, block his number, and move on.
