Yeah :( Though I don't have much hopes for the GPUs. (Still will be a nice upgrade for me, but I wish they would at least try to compete for high-end.)

Did they release any specs at all for the GPUs or just the name and FSR4?

I saw them briefly talk about FSR4, but didn't see any details about the GPUs.

The 9950x3d was announced. It has double the cores of the 9800x3d, with an extra CCD that has 8 cores, but notably the 2nd CCD has no 3d cache. Which was known, to be fair, but still is disappointing.
