It was the dawn of the third age of mankind. Ten years after the Earth Minbari war. The Babylon project was dream giving form. It's goal to prevent another war by creating a place where humans and aliens could work out their differences peacefully. It's a port of call. Home away from home for diplomats, hustlers, entrepreneurs, and wanders. Humans and aliens wrap in two million five hundred thousand tons of spinning metal, all alone in the night. It can be a dangerous place, but it's our last best hope for peace. This is the story of last of the Babylon stations. The year is 2258. The name of the place is Babylon 5.

I think it was fine. Not wow (as some say). It was nice to get new b5 content, which hopefully gets us more in the future if the numbers are good enough.

It wasn't the greatest thing ever, but it was a gateway to a reboot, it was a nicely done nostalgia-fest and it did a lot of stuff right. Was the animation a bit cheap? Yes. Was the story a bit thin? Yes. Would I still watch it and buy the blue ray? Of course!

And it's still way better than a lot of stuff movie studios wanted to stuff down my throat in the past years.

I would like a reboot cuz i heard great things about babylon5 but found it too dated to get into

The acting and the FX might be dated, but the series and the topics are not, the old series still has its value and it's worth a (re) watch.

If you can get past the dated aspects (style, FX), the writing is some of the best ever on Tv

I agree. It was something for nostalgic long-term fans.

I just wish that Warner would try out some different animation styles. I REALLY dislike how cheap this and the DC animated movies look.
