Probably a bit of a translation issue, but if I had to guess I would think it's the chicken version of this stuff: https://www.seriouseats.com/my-latest-obsession-pork-floss-chinese-rousong-pork-sung-pork-fu.

And it's probably more savory than sweet, maybe more like meat filled buns. This dehydrated pork fiber is actually pretty good, but it is a little strange the first time you have it.

Savory, yes but, oh is it sweet, porksung or as sometimes called "Pork floss" is dehydrated lard mixed with sugar. It is oh so delicious but likely nothing is healthy there.

Yeah, never underestimate the amount of sugar in meat floss. But it sure is convenient for adding to ramen.

google a "porksung bun" not the same, but I've seen these in the supermarket, floss is the english word for it so they are very similar.
