Stuff like what positions get what power should be written in a rigid constutition that requires a supermajority vote to change. This shit is just the russia's "President - Prime minister" Power-Juggling, moving power away when ever you leave an office into a new office which you are assume control of.

They have a gerrymandered supermajority, that’s how the governor’s veto keeps getting overridden. This passed with like 61% of the vote.

State legislatures shouldn't be allowed to make any power structure changes like this starting the day election voting opens through the end of the lame duck session.
