We always have had cats that let me belly rub them, but not as much by others like Miez and her brother Koda do. Guess I'm something like a cat whisperer. They are my first cats that I've risen from an early age though.

I think it just depends on the cat. I had tons of cats when I was a kid, and none of them were ever comfortable with us touching their stomach.
