It was a mass drone strike, and it affected 3 people total? Did it mostly miss, or am I misunderstanding the term "mass"?

Numbers may rise as rescue work is still ongoing.

Many drones were shot down. People were hiding in shelters. Lives were saved through various countermeasures, but this does not mean the attack was not big.
