This weeks pizza is one we don’t do very often but is always a crowd pleaser. Grilled chicken, charred broccoli, and shredded carrots. The base is homemade Thai chili sauce. It’s sweet, it’s spicy, it’s delicious.

The base Thai chili sauce sounds intriguing! If you want some alternative toppings for a more authentic Thai taste I recommend roasted shallots & chillies, minced Thai beef jerky, and thai basil all over that bad boy. Looks great though as a tasty but healthy pizza option for sure.

That does sound good, especial the roasted shallots.

Broccoli on pizza?

Bold choice.

Sounds like a very interesting flavor accent, but I've never been able to reconcile pizza and chicken. Switch to shrimp, and you have my undivided attention!

If we’re going seafood I’d rather have the renegade. White pizza with crab and artichoke.

Oh my god, somebody either put this man in a straitjacket or nominate him for the Nobel Prize!
I've had artichoke on pizza - with a fried egg on top - but that crab suggestion was wildly unexpected. Crab on pizza... genius!

I didn’t come up with that one. When I lived in Richmond VA there was a place that served it. The menu item was literally called “the renegade”.

I'm the same way. I think it's just a dry meat overall so it's texture is jarring against cheese and sauce. Shrimp would be a much better option!
