MODERATORS

It was a provisional victory for the Biden administration, whose climate initiatives have been stymied. A challenge to the rule at issue is still moving through a lower court.

I'll note that a Trump administration would likely repeat its previous actions, and roll back these rules.

So is this how we're going to need to pass regulations now that Chevron deference is dead?

What a fucking joke

Pretty much, unless we're able to substantially alter the makeup of the Supreme Court.

This literally is their job, so I guess I am glad the corrupt supreme court will allow them to do their job.

Yes, it is. However, the facists believe that the epa, along with several other agencies, are illegal/unconstitutional. Their ultimate goal is to have these agencies disbanded all together. Until then, they are trying to make them as ineffective as possible. It is surprising that the fascist court broke with that ideology.
