Uncommitted, the national group ... took a big step Tuesday toward encouraging supporters to vote for Vice President Kamala Harris.

Uncommitted’s shift could be significant in a key swing state, Michigan, which has more than 300,000 residents of Middle Eastern or North African ancestry. Polling of those voters is scant, but anecdotal information indicates many are reluctant to vote for Ms. Harris, and some are shifting to third-party candidates like the Green Party’s Jill Stein.

So they realize a second Trump term would be terrible (as if no one had been saying that), but many are still going to throw their swing state vote away for Jill Stein. Big brain move right there. 🤦‍♂️

Here's hoping they can undo some of the damage they've done with this hare-brained "uncommitted" movement and get people lined up behind a candidate that can actually win. I swear: single-issue voters are going to be the death of us all.

It's like nobody understands any amount of game theory. Real life is complicated, demanding instantaneous perfection is the enemy of progress

Why did you quote part of the first sentence and then skip to the end?

Jumped right past a lot of stuff like this:

“It’s clear Netanyahu will be doing everything in his power to get Trump elected,” Ms. Zeidan concluded, referring to Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister. “And we have to do everything in our power to stop him.”

And instead going to the anecdotal evidence comment which is likely just a couple bots on twitter?

Why take anonymous anecdotal evidence over the statement made by a cofounder? That's what JD Vance is doing when he claims immigrants eat dogs...

It's like you're searching for a reason to be mad at them still for asking for more than "not trump" from the only option they have to vote for?

Like. Even from a purely selfish position, you have to understand it's easier to get their votes than flip Republican voters to the Dem party...
