She did perform great, but honestly I'd say a large part of that would be her reactions in the side-by-side while he spoke. It really does suck when you're in a debate and the other person defuses all your points with facts. It would have been far nicer if the other person looked stupid. If they don't actually know anything, like myself, that's also kinda dishonest to just have those facts. Especially when it's a debate in the election, which is really a game show on TV, and not about real politics. Shameful behavior
