The joker cringe online has just gotten out of control, has completely ruined the character for me.

Yeah, I'm torn honestly.
Gaga and Joaquin are both awesome, so I am excited to see this. Im not generally big on musicals, but I am kind of pleased that the style doesn't suit the "missed the point by idolizing the villian" type of stereotypical Joker fan. Should be an interesting direction.
