B1061 and B1062 are tied for first place at 22 flights.
B1067 in second place with 21 flights, 1063 in third place with 19 flights.
B1069 and B1071, and B1073 are tied for 5th place at 17 flights each.

Think a booster will complete 25 flights by the end of the year? I think so. We're close!

Not sure, the prime candidates would be B1061 or B1062, and they're averaging turnaround times of ~60 days, so it might be tough to squeeze in 3 more flights. B1067 might be able to do 4 flights, as its average turnaround time is shorter.
