I'm taking a short break from my Spirited Away cross stitch to make this piece that someone commissioned from me on Saturday! I believe this guy is called a "Cacodemon" and it's from the video game Doom!
Gosh, I recognised it before I saw your comment! I said to myself, that flower looks like the top of a Cacodemon!
