Does this mean forcing companies to keep servers running indefinitely? (No link, so I'm just speculating) I understand the frustration when servers are shut down prematurely, but I have to say I don't feel that is a reasonable requirement.

If games were required to provide self hosting software I'd be on board with the legislation.
